OPTUS MY PLAN BUSINESS FLEX PLANS
My Plan Business Flex plans (excludes Tech Fund) allow you to lease an eligible device on a 24 month plan and use it to access the Optus network. You do not own the device and you must return the device to Optus in good working order at the end of your contract. If it is not in good working order, you’ll pay a damage fee of up to $499. If the phone gets damaged during your lease and you’d like to have it fixed, you need to pay to have it repaired by Optus or the manufacturer (excludes warranty/consumer guarantee claims).
You can offer to purchase the device at the end of your 24 month lease contract for fair market value (which we’ll advise at the time).
If you don’t return the device at the end of your contract term, you’ll continue to pay monthly device charges for up to 6 months (as well as your plan fees). At that point, if you still don’t return the device, you will have to pay us a non-return fee (the fair market value of the device which we’ll advise at the time) and you will own the device.
After 12 months you can upgrade the device by paying a one-off fee of $99. To do this you need to return the current device in good working order to Optus and get a new device on a new 24-month plan. If the current device is damaged, you’ll pay a damage fee. If you don’t return the current device within 14 days of your new contract you’ll have to pay for the device at its fair market value.
MY PLAN BUSINESS FLEX CANCELLATION:
If you cancel at any time within the 24 month contract term you will be charged a plan cancellation fee, pro-rated monthly for your remaining contract term. Additionally, if you cancel in the first 18 months you’ll have to keep the phone and pay all monthly device charges (which will be increased by any device credits lost as a result of early cancellation) for the remainder of the contract term. If you cancel in the last 6 months of your 24 month contract, you can either return the device to us or make an offer to purchase it at fair market value (which we’ll advise at the time). If you choose to return the device, you’ll pay $99 if it’s in good working order or a damage fee of up to $499 if it’s damaged.
Optus Business Builder™: Available to new and existing customers who sign up to, or recontract, two or more new My Plan Business (excluding Tech Fund), My Plan Business SIM or Mobile Broadband Business plans in market from 5 September 2016. Eligible services must be added under one account. Discount will appear from the second bill after activation of each eligible service. Discount is dependent on the eligible number of services and the plan access fee the customer has on the bill cycle processing date. Discount will be forfeited or reduced if services are cancelled or removed from account. Once discount has been applied for a period of 24 months, Optus has the right to remove the discount without notice. Discount is not available on plans that were activated prior to 5 September 2016. Not available in conjunction with any other offer unless specified.

New Phone Trade Up on My Plan Business: After 12 months you can pay a one-off fee of $99, return your current device in good working order to Optus and buy a new device on a new 24-month plan. Data Pool: If you have more than one My Plan Plus (including SIM Only), My Plan Business (including SIM & Tech Fund), Business Plan, My Plan Flex, My Plan Business Flex, Business Lease, My Mobile Broadband Plus or Mobile Broadband Business plan on the same billing account, the included monthly data allowance will combine into one data pool, which will be shared by all the eligible services on that account. Any unused data in the data pool expires at the end of each billing month.
Optus Travel™ Pack: Gives you unlimited standard national and international talk, SMS and up to 50MB of data to use in Zone 1 countries per day. For list of countries see optus.com.au/travel. You must activate each day of Optus Travel™ Pack prior to use and if you activate multiple consecutive days, the data allowance will accumulate for use anytime over the consecutive day period. If you exceed your daily or accumulated usage, standard data roaming charges will apply. You can also purchase additional Optus Travel Packs. Any data provided as part of an Optus Travel™ Pack is not shareable and will not form part of any Data Pool. Any un-used days of Optus Travel Pack are forfeited and cannot be rolled over to the next billing month.
International Roaming Inclusions: $105 and $130 and $160 My Plan Business/My Plan Business Flex give you unlimited standard national and international talk, SMS (excludes MMS) and an included amount of data to use in Zone 1 countries per month. For list of countries see optus.com.au/biztravel. If you exceed your included data allowance then standard PAYG data roaming charges will apply.
Additional Data: Additional data automatically charged at $10/1GB. If you use more than 150GB on a single billing account we may continue to charge you at the same rates or restrict your data use until next billing period.
COVERAGE: With 3G devices, you can access our 3G (UMTS 2100 MHz / 900 MHz) network. With 4G devices and a compatible plan, you can access our 3G network plus some or all of our 4G Plus network. Our 4G Plus network uses multiple frequencies (LTE 700 / 1800 / 2100 / 2300 / 2600 MHz) to provide coverage. Coverage availability will vary depending on your device and location. Check coverage at optus.com.au/coverage based on your address and device.
Usage Alerts: Usage alerts are not real-time and delays of up to 48 hours may be experienced.
Fetch Mini: Requires an active fixed broadband Internet connection and a download speed of at least 3Mbps, a widescreen TV and an external antenna connection. Data charges will apply from your internet service provider if you’re not using Optus fixed broadband. Any purchased content such as Movie and TV store content will be charged to the Optus postpaid mobile bill that is associated with the Fetch Mini subscription. Fetch Mini cannot tether data from a mobile device which means you cannot use your mobile data to watch content from the Fetch Mini. Fetch mini cannot be used for any commercial business purposes. If mobile service is cancelled Fetch Mini service will also be cancelled. If the Fetch Mini service is cancelled you must return the device to Optus or charges will apply.
Fetch Mobi App: Fetch Mobi app only available for use within Australia to selected new and recontracting Optus mobile customers (purchased via online only). Mobile and Home Broadband data charges will apply unless you are subscribed to Mobile TV streaming package or have an Optus Home Broadband Unlimited Data plan. You must subscribe to a Fetch Ultimate pack to access content. Available to download on compatible smartphones and tablets with an eligible operating system (not available via PC & Mac). Video content quality may vary according to 3G/4G and Wi-Fi bandwidth. From 1 OCT 2017 the price reverts back to $20 per month.
